The tag on the teabag fell into the tea...

Okay, just typing this is making me realize how idiotic this phobia is but...

I made myself some tea. I have those teabags with a string attached to it and a paper label at the end. Somehow, the paper label broke off and fell into the tea without me realizing, so I drank it like that. I found the tag stuck to the bottom of the cup when rinsing it out. And immediately I started getting worried - have I ingested something dangerous from having that colorful square of paper steep in water for half an hour?

Like, rationally, I know I could probably eat that piece of paper and not get any trouble, but I still worry. It's ridiculous.
