Outlook 2010 strange behaviour

Hi, I have a couple of users that are having problems with the attachment and flag column in Outlook 2010. The columns are selected, but they are not visible (screenshot) https://i.gyazo.com/eed81b7eacdb5cd65320593b60845bd2.png

We tried removing/adding the column, resetting the view, created a new profile.. nothing helps. Anybody seen this before?
