Could we get some balance in RBF?

Hi everyone! So, i recently started joining rbf, and, while the uncapped one is highly gear dependant, as it should be, at the same time it is extremely, extremely unbalanced. What i mean by unbalanced is that it seems like there's no balance whatsoever, or that's what it feels like at least. Sometime, actually, most of the times tbh, it looks like on one team you get all level 57-58 players, with barely any tri weapons and armor, while on the other you get extremely well geared level 60+ players. I mean, don't get me wrong, i really like rbf. I just find stupid the fact that they just put in players in a totally random way. You can clearly see from the start if your team's gonna win or not. It would be really nice to see introduced some sort of player balance within the two teams in rbf, it would honestly make it more fun for everyone, to me. What do you guys think? Having a sort of gear score balance shouldn't really be any hard.
