[ADVICE] What job should I get to help pay for my Masters?

I definitely need a job to work while I go to grad school next year. What are some common job titles that I could apply for without an IO degree that would still give me good experience in the field? If it's only HR positions please list the job titles of entry level positions in HR.

Experience wise I have 1 year of biopharm research and 1 year of psych research with publications. Saying this so it might help you guys figure out what I may or may not be qualified for.

If geography makes a difference I will most likely be in NYC so recommend any good companies that you know of that have tuition reimbursement.
