Gift for a special dog walker

A nice old lady in my neighbourhood has been walking my dog for a few years. Now she's moving away and it was also just her birthday. She's been like an auntie to me in a lot of ways and has been such a huge help with my dog when I had a major family crisis a couple years ago and couldn't walk her. She also crocheted blankets for my babies when they were born. I want to get her something small as a goodbye/birthday present. Any ideas?
