Ubi, if data caps are an issue then just keep the pool at 15 maps for Casual AND Ranked

It makes no sense to limit Ranked to the 9 pro-league maps because:

1: about 90% of the player base is not interested in "going pro".

2: even those that are like a bit of variety.

3: pro-league is bomb only and the majority of Ranked matches are secure/hostage so "competative balance" is still an issue even with only 9.

If 15 maps is all the severs can handle then so be it, but its a lot better than 9. The pool could rotate each season as well so the game doesn't get stale
