[Request] Cop gave speeding ticket for 118 in a 65. Need your help to confirm speedometer on cruiser is way off.

Hi Reddit,

I recently got a speeding ticket on Saturday night while riding my motorcycle. Cop said he clocked me going around a bend at 125 (not possible), but wrote the ticket for 118 in a 65. I've watched this 100 times, and I've done the math on static points located within the video. His speedometer is off by approximately 15 mph (+/-). I will upload the full video in order to get a better look.

In the beginning, the exit sign to the giant light pole is 558 feet. The giant light poles are approximately 528 feet apart. The smaller light poles are 220 feet apart. The location is I-70 East in Columbus, OH, near the 270 exits on the east side.
