Is there a free resource for CPT codes?

I work for a relatively small non-profit and we are opening a clinic, which requires us to have CPT codes for cataloging and billing (I think - I'm just trying to help out admin by asking for this info). Everywhere we look, it costs money, and often a lot of money, which is hard for us to come up with at times (over $100 for a book which may change, or $500 for an annual subscription). Does anyone know of any free, or at least vastly cheaper resources for this information? ICD9/10 codes can be found anywhere, but CPT seem to all be behind paywalls. Any help will be appreciated.
