Mymonero blocks behind not catching up and I'm panicking

How long can I expect to wait? It's just saying

Your account is catching up, you details may be out of date until it is finished (...

It's at 42 and growing and I have some money coming in, using mymonero as a stopgap while my hardware wallet syncs ( will probably about another 12 hrs ) Any tips?
