Option to de-couple touchpad scrolling speed from mouse speed?

I have a new laptop with Precision Drivers for the touchpad. Mostly everything is great, but I find the scrolling speed too slow. The only way I can find to increase this is to increase the number of lines per scroll in the Mouse section. This works ok for the touchpad, giving me largely the result I want, but then my mouse scrolling speed is way too fast. Any way to decouple these two settings?
