100% iv Lugia escaped due to lack of Golden razz berry

Today I've found a 100% lugia in a raid, unfortunately I had none Golden razz remaining as I used some previously trying to catch a 93% zapdos ( I did not have many because I couldn't raid the first half of august and I only receveid potions and revives the last few raids), so today I fought the lugia and recevied 3 Golden razz and a lot of potions and revives. Basically with 9 premier balls I could use only 3 Golden razz and in fact after the first 3 throws I had to resort for the other 6 to regular razz and, as I feared, couldn't catch it without goldenrazz. So now i'm raiding for some stupid potions that I trash immediately and every time I receive no Golden razz or only 3 that are no sufficient to catch the boss. My fear is that if I get invited to a mewtwo raid I won't have Golden razz to cath it and with this strange exclusive raid thing I don't know if I can have more than one chance to catch it. I hope niantic fixes it because sure people will rage if they will not receive Golden razz against mewtwo.
