How to tell Emum to stop her love bombing and hoovering in messages.

Firstly I cannot go NC because of my situation and in 2 years I will be but for now it's just not possible.

Every time I see a message from her i get angry/stressed because she was too concerned to enable the N's in our life than ever listening to me about the abuse I was given and threatened.

Is there a way to formulate an answer which is clear? Should I make a boundary again for her to just ignore me?
