Toxic Teammates (Ubi please help)

I have been in a lot of games where there was a group of kids fucking with me. They're shooting my primary gadgets, teamkilling, damaging me just enough so I don't die. They're killing me one by one, so that they just barely won't get kicked. It is so frustrating because you can't do anything against it.

Please fix this or give them a penalty of some sort.
