I (51M) about to ask my wife (39F) for a divorce. She is a narcissist and I'm a "nice guy". We have two kids (1&4). What words did you use to raise divorce and tell your spouse you wanted one?

I ask because I want to make sure I don't add to the drama and anger that will ensue. I'm just curious to hear the actually words you all used. "I want a divorce"? "I don't think we should be together"? How did you say it? I'm one of those people that needs a script in mind in order to start the conversation. Thanks!
