looking for slow beat/relaxed hip hop song

hey little helpers!

i am looking for a very relaxed hip hop song with a very destinct noisy sound in the background. the noisy sound is similar to the sound in the spanish song mi gente, but slower and more psychedellic and it is not always present through the song like in mi gente.

hope some1 can help me with that one :)
