Where can I find good SEO content writers

Hello, I'm trying to find good authors for paid guest posts related to SEO niche on our startup website (Marketing Miner).

Which websites/tools/services do you recommend to find them? Or do you think it's better to contact famous people in this niche personally through email?

Higher price is not a problem if the result is worth it.

Thanks, Filip
