Connecting an Aux in to the Echo

I have a record player that only has Aux Out, USB out and Phono out as options for outputting audio.

I know that the Echo only has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi as methods of streaming to it. Is there a method such a dongle or anything similar I can plug into my record player that would allow me to play records through the Echo using it.

This questions pertains to either an Echo or an Echo dot as it may be a deciding factor in which I purchase.
