Please help me build a team!

Lvl60 vip0 Currently using perfect groudon, decent m.garchomp and decent celebi. Got meloetta with neutral perso. Switch celebi for mel? Maybe just not for wb/mr?

Also should i work towards moltres/hooh?

Thanks in advance
