Shih Tzu puppy limping after subq fluids

Hi everyone,

I have a 4 month old shih tzu puppy who was having some diarrhea and vomited once, so we took her to the vet. They tested parvo (negative) and gave her Cerenia and subq fluids. When we got her home, she was limping pretty badly, not using the leg under where the subq was administered. That was last night, and she's still limping and walking very slowly. Is it normal to limp as much as she is after subq?

She just got her last puppy vaccines ( I think she is good and doesn't need any more for a year) and has no history of limping, prior to this was a very healthy pup. She has not been spayed and weighs 6.2 lbs.
