Is Amazon Lightsail really bad? Or actually good? What about compare to DigitalOcean?

As title says. I read and read the reviews/comments, still clueless in the end. Also, I thought of choosing Amazon Lightsail is due to Digital Ocean datacenter in Asia is only at Singapore(it is South East Asia actually). The rest of DigitalOcean datacenter is just alright, just lacking the northern region of Asia side.

I am looking to host in a VPS that at least have common global regions included, like USA, Europe, London, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan. Rather than one that focused half of the globe or lesser.

Anyone is using Amazon Lightsail here?
