Letting her text you first. Good or bad move?

I've seen this girl 4 times. We are still developing a friendship. I've noticed she's not that into texting. I let her know on Monday to tell me when she was free to see her again. I would appreciate her texting me first and initiating a plan to see me. Should I reach out to her again or let her come to me?
