Just some Kudos

I drove into the hotel pretty late last night after a long drive up from the Texas coast, walked in with my sis carrying my two sleeping kids, the lady at the desk got my name and handed me my keys. I was up in my room within a minute of coming in. She just made a miserable day so much better by making it no muss no fuss. Anyway, you guys are awesome, just know that some of us guests really appreciate it.
