My introduction to theism was through people like Ed Feser. But I feel like I've missed out on the rich tradition of Eastern Christian thought. Any tips?

Hey, I used to be an atheist but became a theist through learning about a lot of classical arguments, the concept of God, consciousness etc.

All of this was through western philosophers. Who are some of the best Eastern Christian thinkers you recommend I check out to learn about the tradition.
