Is the Knightwing building for penguins?

OK. I know that this might not be worth complaining about, but it bothers me that the Knightwing building is literally half the size of Josie's.
I have got this city district going on, and was excited to add another matching building to it, but it looks ridiculous next to the Hells Kitchen buildings. It's not even big enough for a person to enter.
Anyway, there are worse things in life. I guess.
