Cant access my account, yet still get push notifs from it

I had it on a guest account, and it stopped showing when I chose "Existing User" However, I continue to get push notifications about my league doing tourneys and league championships. I tried redownloading and restarting my phone, but to no avail. I highly doubt it was hacked, but just a bug that glitched it out or somwthing, I am not sure.
