[Suggestion] a new Radtown idea + Scuba gear

How about an underwater radtown such as a research facility , a burried ship or a destroyed oil rig ! in order to access those we need scuba gear it will allow us to have a clear vision underwater and a limited time diving aswell ( Oxygen ) acquiring those shouldn't be easy.

instead of having rads as a problem to access a radtown now we have water ! isn't that a good idea ? please let me know your opinions regarding this :)
