Could the Dragon Ball Universe Defeat Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann?

I'll be honest. Never watched Dragon Ball, despite being a pretty big anime fan. Most of my knowledge from it comes from these 'VS' fights. It's (atleast to my knowledge) that some beings in the DB universe are able to evaporate the universe.

So, can they defeat a being as big as the Universe, the Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann?
