Suddenly emotional and can't sleep on Concerta

Been using Concerta for a couple of months now, but more regularly since last Sunday (taken after the same breakfast everyday at the same time everyday), but the last two days I've had problems falling asleep even though I'm super-tired, and I've been sad or angry for trivial things.

I guess the moodiness comes from being tired, but I really don't know what I should do. I called my therapist and she said I should continue take them through the weekend, and that makes sense to me as it just can be my body getting used to them, but how can I get some sleep?

I don't think what I wrote now made as much sense as it did in my head, but maybe someone out there have some good advice or something!
