Pressure loss in bathroom

Since this morning (maybe even the night before), the pressure out of my bathroom tap has been terrible. The water has also only been coming out of four or five wholes in my shower. The water initally coming out of both of these was dirty (browny orangey colour), but that has now cleared up. Toilet (in the same bathroom) was also initially flushing with the same colour water and would keeping making a noise for longer than usual after flushing, but after many flushes the toilet is acting normally. Every other tap in the house and outside is working normally. Tried running the tap and shower for 5mins, but that didnt fix it. Recently had the tapped changed and yesterday had the gutters around my house changed. Pressure is low for both cold and hot. Any ideas?
