Mechanical Keyboard Solder Pads Poseidon Z

Anyone have any experience working with the PCB of the Poseidon Z? I burned off some of the solder pads, and when I try and hard wire, I can't find the traces of some of the pins. In the front of the PCB, facing the stems of the switches, I see leads that are not in the back. I do not want to desolder a lot of switches to see the front.
