Can someone ELI5 the Cavs and Celtics cap situation as a result of the trade?

I'm not too knowledgeable on the NBA salary cap, but I'm curious what this trade means for these teams' flexibility. Are the Cavs/Celtics better off or worse off (from a cap standpoint) as a result of the trade?
