Advice on not snacking or snacking better while studying

Hey r/loseit family! I am hoping to get some advice on snacking while studying. I'm in an extremely intense graduate program. We have tests every two weeks on Mondays. I spend 50-70 hours every week studying for school and in class. On our pretest weekends I will study 8-12 hours on Saturday and Sunday. I try to pre plan my days in order to save enough room for snacking since I like to snack while I study. However I find these weekends really set me back. Typically it is the worst between the 8th-12th hours when I get the f*** its and I can take it anymore but I know I have to keep going. I'm sure this is a problem others struggle with as well with long work hours, stressful jobs and school or balancing family and work. I know I'm not eating because I'm hungry since I definitely don't want to eat a bag of veggies or another equally healthy foods. But snacking keeps me motivated and focused while studying. I've found I really like Costco's Boom Chicka Pop popcorn (140 kcal/2 cups or 28 g) and it feels like a pretty decent serving size. I always weigh it out. I just don't want school and my snacking habit to get me in trouble and halt my weight loss journey. Just looking for any tips and tricks to keep myself in check. Thanks for any advice!
