TF2 sound repeating and black screen bug.

The last few days I have been experiencing some issues with tf2 where a sound keeps repeating,then the screen goes black and If I keep the game open for a while it will go back to laggy gameplay.

I am using an intel i5 6500,16 gb ram,Amd rx480,1tb toshiba Hdd,windows 10 pro and a AOC freesync 1080p monitor.

I did update gpu drivers yesterday and it worked but now it's happening again.

I dont know whats causing the problem.
