iPhone 5s Speaker problems (URGENT HELP PLEASE)

So as i was about to take a selfie in the rain (dumbest idea ever) i accidentally dropped my 5s into a very small puddle of water once i got home i dried it and placed it in a bag full of rice to dry out and once i tried to use it to do a check it was working fine...

expect one thing the damn the volume was on full and it wasn't on silent or whatever yet when i tried to press the volume up buttons on the side it didn't indicate that it was on the volume option but on the headphones options... i tried playing ring tones and they worked but when i played spotify and youtube audio it didn't... what can i do to fix this? thanks in advance for the answer!!
