Introduction for newcomers Each week the challenge will change, We’ll design a different house or interior of a room and we might even sneak a few Create-A-Sims in to break it up a little.

Certain challenges will have a monetary limit, some will be spend as much as you like/can to impress.

Build Guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be 3 bedroom

• Must be some sort of "farm". So anything dedicated to farming, from farming equipment and an empty field, to growing plants(in potters), to trees, to animals, to anything that you can farm and give it a farm feel

• All apartments have to be 100% functional

No CC Allowed

Friday August 24th: Challenge Begins

Thursday August 31st: Challenge Closes around 10pm EST, Posts are Verified and Voting Commences via GoogleForms. And the next Challenge goes live

Sunday September 3rd: Voting closes, Winners will be announced in Week 14 Thread!

There is only 3 winners each week. Each participant will get 1 point for submitting their entry each week.

• Anybody that places Bronze gets 3 points.

• Anybody that places Silver gets 5 points.

• Anybody that places Gold gets 7 points.
