Automating repeat tasks

Hello there

Only very recently I've come across zapier and automating repeat tasks, and would be grateful if anyone could help me by telling me if this is possible and how... 

Software in brackets is my researched companies and I'm sure many more will exist..

Website form (Wufoo) 

User completes form detailing what they need from drop down options

Quoting  (PandaDoc) 

Quote is automatically generated by software and sent via email. Every quote I do is using the same formulas from the original drop down options. 

Crm & Project management (odoo, podio) 

Customer details auto added to Crm from Web form

Project management gantry chart produced 

Invoicing (quickbooks, freshbooks) 

Invoice sent from original quote via email 

Hope it all makes sense and apologise for any mistakes as I'm struggling to type this post on my phone.
