"The A.R.K Drive" (Archive.org link inside)
Some of you may have heard of this before, but The A.R.K Drive (Amazing Repository Of Knowledge) originates from this site http://www.whatonearthishappening.com/ark. Essentially, you send this guy a 1TB HDD and he'll load it down with files, then send it back:
The A.R.K. drive consists of over 1,800 video files, almost 8,000 digital books, and over 20,000 audio files. These files will always be available to you for offline browsing, playback and study, with no internet connection required to access any of the data on the drive. You may then "pass it along" by sharing any or all of this information with anyone you wish.
I've heard of people doing it over the years, though I myself never did. Yesterday, I was having a conversation with someone on data hoarding and that user found an archive link which purports to contain the A.R.K files. Here's the link:

There's things from Thomas Paine, Zecharia Sitchin, H.P. Lovecraft, Orwell, Aleister Crowley, and so forth. There's a lot of complete collections. I have no idea if this is the full text contents of The A.R.K Drive, but it seems to go on and on. It looks to be a damn fine resource, regardless.
