Random freeze while loading new areas

Hi. I've been playing this on PC the past 2 weeks now and i notice that the game freezes at random places between 0.5-2 seconds when finishing a mission, arriving/loading a new area while running or just randomly. It doesn't happen all the time but at least 15 times per hour, probably more. Rest of the time the game runs great without issues. I can't seem to find any info on this and if i google all i find is the constant stutter issue/low fps etc, which i don't have. I have tried turning vsync off and it does not change anything. I checked SSD health and it's at 100% according to the hardware monitor program. Has anyone experienced this or know of a way to fix this? If any questions just ask and ill post other settings that i might have missed.

Specs: Ryzen 1600 GTX 1080 16gb ddr4

Game settings: Graphics: High Vsync: on custom fps: 60 res. 1440p DX12
