HTC 10 - EMEA vs USA

Question

Is there a fundamental hardware difference between the USA and EMEA versions of the HTC 10?

What I am looking to do is to flash from a USA 2.51.651.11 (Sprint) ROM to EMEA ROM 2.41.401.3.

Using this procedure

Would it work?

AFAIK there's no hardware difference, but I'm not 100% certain.

No, it won't work. In order to use a ROM for a different region, you'll need to be S-OFF. Otherwise, you are only able to flash successive Sprint ROMs on your device.
