The account was created after the tweet.
Edit Apparently it says it was created in August but I can't see it on the mobile site. Would have sworn when I saw the tweet yesterday that part was white.
Probably some fan made it after the trade and the jokes online about the pick not being at the press conference.

Because he's an old white guy using twitter. He probably meant to hashtag it or something.
Someone obviously made the account because they saw his tweet. It wasn't blue originally when the tweet was made.
