Change to rule 1: Shop links now allowed in flair

Users would like to continue to ban shop links in comments, in posts, and in albums but do want to allow them in user flair as discussed in this post. You can edit your flair in the sidebar underneath the subscribe button.

In order to change your flair, click on the word "edit" in parentheses next to your username in the sidebar. It is underneath the subscribe button and the # of readers. In this picture you can see my username and then the gray box with 'mod' inside it. That is the flair label. Make sure the box next to "Show my flair on this subreddit." is checked as well.

We will still have a stickied shop thread where users can post their shop links.
