Lag Switching

Can Supercell do some investigating? Is it even possible to investigate? I used to play PC games heavily and recall there were times when it would just lag for short periods during critical moments then disappear. I know it can be done on an iPad, I researched it. Even if my connection is great, as soon as I get close to some players in Showdown or during a push in Brawl Ball it becomes unplayable and then disappears.
