Not going to be easily identifiable. Is likely a transistor since it has a Q reference designator. If you are trying to repair the board your best bet is to either get a second broken one and swap a good transistor from that board or attempt to shotgun a 2N style part.(ie 2n2222) I would try and do some tracing to find out what part of the circuitry it was part of first.

It looks like Surface Mount code, but none of the SMT identification sites show anything.

I was recently given a broken non-reference MSI Nvidia Geforce 1080. Upon thorough inspection I noticed that this surface mount component (potentially a transistor) labeled 2NG19 has 2 broken leads on it. The closest printed text on the board says Q521. I searched around the web but found very little information on the component. This is the only information I could find that had the exact model number on it: http://transismalers.com/cat/2NG19 but it isn't much help for tracking down a replacement. If anyone has any information either about what type of component this is or where to get a new one, I will be extremely appreciative. For reference, here is another image of the part zoomed out a bit: https://imgur.com/a/TYT4M
