Coming Soon : DEB 1.15 release (THERE BE SPOILERS WITHIN)

Looks like there was an early release of DEB 1.15 (it may be part of a staged release this week, as the android store shows it as updated on 10/6/2017). There's a LOT of new content, all of which is quite exciting :) Let's hope it's all correct.

They aren't links. Just hidden words. The spoilers is who is being added into the game/diamond box dates.

I am doing it on a computer and am able to click on the "spoiler" word, but then it goes nowhere. When I hover over the word, nothing happens...I guess I'm doing something wrong???

Edit: I just got it! Had to hold my mouse over the word WAY longer...lol

That's how reddit told me to mark spoilers, are you doing this on a computer? If so hover your mouse over it. Not sure how to do it on mobile devices (yet).

Thanks for all the dates, I was hoping someone here would post them soon. Odd that we're the 10th today and I don't have an update or event. Fingers crossed I get it soon, those survival events take a while!

By 10th he means October. American dates, not international standard dates or even rest of the world dates

Given that the next event starts on the 12th, I'm pretty sure it will be available starting tomorrow to everyone. In general it looks like Android does a staged release (not sure about iOS) to a portion of the users, and does a full release the day after.

I'm on android and haven't received the update yet. Hoping to have it very soon! Can't wait! :)

Likewise, I have it running on Android and iOS and neither have the update. Daily challenge/leaderboard prizes are all still the same, no chests.

So Cruella is only obtainable from a Diamond box with two other villains? So our chances of getting her are very slim?

She is also a villain, but they oddly don't have an actual villain event for her yet. It looks like you need all three villains to complete the three sets of challenges in that event. And it also looked like yes, the chances for getting her are slightly lower (Maleficent and Ursula were 37.5%, Cruella was 25%)

That's so frustrating. They purposely have more available levels for Ursula and Maleficent just to force people to purchase gems to complete this event....

From what I know they go up to 5. 1 box for level 1, 2 for 2, 3 for 3, 5 for level 4, and 7 for level 5

Confirmation : it should be available tomorrow (October 12, 2017)

Taken from comments in the official release video post: on the 11th.

"Disney Emoji Hello Roger, the iOS update should arrive by tomorrow. Please let us know if you don’t see it! :)"

So are you still able to timehop?? Someone else was saying this was disabled with the new update, even in airplane mode!!

Id love info on the short villain event? I know around the 21st their is a diamond box for Cruella, Ursula, and Maleficent.

As a mac user... your "Spoiler" is a hyper link that keeps taking us to "this page can not be found".... the links are dead links.

Since he's not in the Diamond Box at the same time as the other Star Wars characters, my guess is villain. Then again, these new group collections might change what we expect and he could be the reward for collecting all the other SW emojis.

Question on magic wands - do they work on Platinum/Diamond Boxes, or only gold and silver?

Also, the Power Candy - what does that mean? Is it raising point value, or raising the level? If its the former, it seems rather useless.

I think Magic Wands only work on Gold/Silver, though I've never owned any before. Power Candy - I think increases the power level (i.e. like what happens when you buy a box and get a duplicate emoji). The cost is pretty on-par with the wands.

You know if the group boxes is going to be part of the game (like item’s collections) or is like an event? I don’t want to rush trying to purchase silver/golden boxes. Thanks

I think they will be a permanent addition to the game. It's painful to think that you have to max out ALL of the beauty and the beast emojis (yes, 95 gold boxes!) to get Chip.

Also, there's seems to be a currently unreleased little mermaid group box as well...

yeah, but I have a feeling that it's going to be get all 5 + 90 duplicates, especially given that there's a Beauty-and-the-Beast, one day diamond box coming up on 10/18/2017. At least another reason to max out your silvers : you can get 8-bit mickey for completing the sensational six group. And also in November you can get a few more chests for the Little Mermaid collection. I also wouldn't be surprised if there's a Lion King one soon as well.

The chests drop from a loot table based on the chest type. For reference, this is what I got:

  • Level 1 (15 ghosts) : Bronze : 350x coins
  • Level 2 (30 ghosts) : Bronze : 3x gems
  • Level 3 (45 ghosts) : Bronze : 400x coins
  • Level 4 (60 ghosts) : Bronze : 3x lives
  • Level 5 (75 ghosts) : Silver : 3x lives, 1200x coins
  • Level 6 (105 ghosts) : Bronze : 2x time boost
  • Level 7 (135 ghosts) : Bronze : 400x coins
  • Level 8 (155 ghosts) : Silver : 1000x coins, 5x gems
  • Level 9 (170 ghosts) : Bronze : 450x coins
  • Level 10 (185 ghosts) : Bronze : 500x coins
  • Level 11 (200 ghosts) : Silver : 1500x coins, 3x gems
  • Level 12 (230 ghosts) : Bronze : 3x gems
  • Level 13 (260 ghosts) : Bronze : 350x coins
  • Level 14 (305 ghosts) : Gold Box (Kermit)
