This basically eliminates the rules that prohibit selling "skinny" plans that the ACA tried to eliminate. It also exempts association health plans -which the ACA also tried to rid us of - from those pesky requirements that include basic benefits like maternity care and prescription drugs. These plans have had multiple issues with fraud and insolvency back when they existed. This will be an interesting development to follow.
