will something happen in terms of that broken quest, or can we forget about it? not that we need those dogs as reward, i am just curious. just felt bad to have that quest unaccomplished :D

No, they never fixed it, so they give the 2 corgis to everyone that finished at least one time all the non buggued quests
They are a collection of strange people. So no, their 3rd Anniversary event was never fixed. They are unembarrassed and this is just how things will be. Trion does not code things and they are apparently unaware that XL pranks them every time with poor code. Trion unapologetically does not test even the simplest things such as what is in a cash shop box or if a quest line works. Trion is also unable to organize themselves effectively enough to even allow the users to test things for them. I think of the Trion producers and community people as hard core unemployables who have a found a home. So let's be happy about that. There is almost nothing else they can do for employment because gaming is one of the only occupations where you can always be wrong and always underperform and no real harm comes of it.
There was a post on the forums or something, Trion said they're giving out the rewards for those that completed the non-bugged portions of the quest
