Likelihood of removing Iron Will with Shame?
I found Kumail Nanjiani's character but he has Iron will. I saw that Iron Will can be removed by shaming and began my slanderous campaign to sully his good name and break him.
I've shamed him three times and he's dropped from 29 to 9. I really want him as an Overlord as a fun little reward for beating my fort (which is poorly defended because I'm cheap and don't love my followers).
Anyone know the % of Shame breaking Iron Will?

I don't know the definite chance but it's definitely very very low but is increased by the "Worse Than Death" skill.
Having the same issue with the only really strong captain i've met has Iron Will. Shamed him 5 times - to the point where he now has "the unashamed" after his name and still has Iron Will.
