Analysis of Lebron James' birthday wish tweets

This morning Cleveland Cavs star Lebron James tweeted a birthday wish to Lonzo Ball, the #2 draft pick for the Los Angeles Lakers. Why did he do this? Does he have a relationship with Ball? Do they know each other? We can't say for sure. But what we do know is that LBJ always has a purpose with his actions, and is selective to whom he wishes happy birthday to.

Lebron has three ways of expressing his wishes: bday, gday, and birthday. He retired his use of 'b-day', but did use it once in the past two years for TT, so I put that under bday. Here are his wishes from the past 2 years (please let me know if you find any missing):

Let's take it step by step. He likes to tweet wishes to Klutch clients: JR, Wall, Simmons, TT, Dejounte

He tweets wishes to his teammates (crossover with clients): KLove, JR, TT

He reserves "Happy Birthday" for people who have had or hold the most exclusive positions, Obama (44th POTUS) and Magic Johnson (President of BBall Ops for the LA Lakers)

So what does that leave us with? Lonzo Ball. What prompted lebron to tweet him in the morning? We know LBJ went to watch him during his 2nd summer league game, but left before the game was over.

Why didn't anyone else get a #LiveLaughLove in their bday tweet? What is LBJ up to?
