**GanjaGrams Review**
GanjaGrams I know others have been happy from what I have seen out here. I will have to disagree, on this order at least.
Overall Rating Customer Service 7/10 Products 6/10
Sign up 9/10 Easier than most, e-mail address and password and you are logged in, not 100% clear but do not believe ID was requested.
Ordering 9/10 Very standard, pick what you want, put in basket, sign out, no surprise taxes, nice and easy.
Communication 6/10 They offered a 4 quarter ounce variety pack. I never really like to get less than a half ounce of a strain at a time personally, so I contacted them and asked if I could instead package 2 half ounces into a "make my own bundle." They said no problem, great. I was considering 2 price points, at one price point I had already selected my choices, however at the higher price point I had selected 1 strain but purposely left my second selection to their advice. I asked for a sativa at that price point knowing there was not one available listed. They offered me a suggestion of Hawaiian Snow, nice sativa but priced $40 an ounce lower. I listed the strains, all Indica, that were listed at the price point and they suggested one of them, but it was not what I asked for, just a suggestion. Their inability to make any suggestion which met my simple criteria resulted in me selecting a $210 strain over the $250 strain I originally was considering.
I later had to speak to them in regards to product quality (which I will detail in another section) That conversation went considerably smoother and I was offered a reasonably acceptable resolution. They responded very quickly to my complaint through their onsite chat. However 2 previous times during business hours, I received no response at all to questions posed via this method.
Packaging 7/10 The packaging was okay, vacuum sealed with a nice box inside. The vacuum seal was not tight, just sealed nicely. The box was the perfect size for a half ounce. Unfortunately I ordered an ounce. So while the Girl Scout Cookies made it reasonably uncrushed, my Sour Tangie, not so much. It looked just like MJXM Red Congo, flat as a pancake. This is a strain that, while reduced to $210 an ounce, was originally $250 an O. Needless to say I was not so happy with it being crushed. (More details to follow.)
Pricing 6/10 Their average pricing for AAA strains is $210, with sale prices of $180. AAA+ strains are priced at $250, and reduced to $210 during sales. And the majority of their AAAA strains are listed at $280. My order contained one AAA strain and an AAA+ strain which was on sale for the AAA price point, which allowed me to bundle the two for $210.
There are many MOMS that offer much more competitive pricing. While the Quad level prices aren't terrible, $250 is definately excessive for AAA+ and $210 is simply too high for AAA. Their sale prices are more in line with the general prices of competitors.
All orders under $200 have $15 in shipping fees added.

Incentive for customers They have a very nice first time package that includes 1000 points on sign up (value $10) which can, if you wish, be applied to your first purchase and stacked with the single use 15% off code you receive for signing up for the newsletter. As well with your first purchase you have the option of choosing an eighth of one of three predetermined strains or a gram of lemon budder for free. As well they have a pretty standard points system.

Sour Tangie AAA+ 6/10 When I first opened my box it was immediately apparent that my Sour Tangie had been crushed due to inappropriate packaging. In addition to being crushed, the amount of shake, leaf and twig (later weighed out to be 2.5 grams) made it appear that I had received the end of the batch. The fact that a quick visit to the site confirmed it was no longer available for purchase supports this.
At an original price of $250 an ounce, I would expect to receive quality buds. What I got instead was, in part, poorly trimmed, with a significant amount of wispy leaves still attached which in no way resembled the advertising photos on the site.
Even on ounces which have cost me $100 I have never received this amount of shake. While I did not pay the originalo sticker price, even at the heavily discounted price, I can't say I was happy about the quality.
That being said the buds that were still in good shape were quite frosty, dense and had a very nice nose - some citrus, a little diesel, a bit sweet. All of the same flavours came through when smoked. It broke up nicely, burned very clean and offered a classic cerebral high with a little bit of couch lock after some creeper effect. A very motivating strain, perfect for daytime use when you need to get things done. While this strain was of decent quality, I wouldn't consider buying it again, even at the lower sale price.
Girl Scout Cookies AAA 8/10 (7 when considering price) I may be biased since this is one of my all time favourite strains. I selected this strain specifically as I wanted to see how it stood up to similar AAA versions of GSC I have sampled. It is fair to say it was AAA but at $210 an ounce, comparable quality can be found at a lower price point from MOMS if you take the time to shop around. While much less crushed and shaky than the Tangie, it still had a few scraggly loose buds, that on their own would not be AAA quality. The buds did have the familiar GSC smell on opening of the bag and the best of the buds had the nice tight bud structure I expect from GSC. It was quite dense in crystal with some nice colour variation. When smoked it was a reasonably good representation of the strain's sweet and earthy flavour profile. It's a nice pure hybrid, euphoric, with a full body high. For $210, with coupons etc, I might buy this again, but feel I can find equal quality GSC for a better of a price. Not expecting "Forum Cut" quality obviously at that price but there is a lot of competition out there these days.
Free Eighth Lemon Budder 8/10 For my signup selection I choose the Lemon Budder. It was quite nice, offering a pleasant quick head rush high when dabbed and it left the nail very clean. Of my purchases, I feel this is the best deal with a regular price of $25. I would buy this again for sure.
Free Stuff: 1 hitter, 3 Pc plastic grinder, lighter, rollies, doob tube with preroll I broke open the preroll just to see what was inside. It was pretty choppy looking, and certainly wouldn't be mistaken for primo bud. I rerolled it and I called a friend up to smoke it with me. We were both very underwhelmed and the taste was so offputting that it was the first time in many years I have known my friend to decline to finish a joint. I have bought some dodgy $100 ounces out here that I found more palatable than this. It really was almost unsmokeable. I don't remember the last time I was so anxious for a joint to hurry up and finish. As meh as it tasted its effects were surprisingly decent.
Notes I had read such good things in the reviews of their products and services, that I was surprised at how disapointed I was with this MOM overall. Perhaps I had a one off, unsatisfying experience, since most reviews seem favorable but with so many options I am already happy to support and many I would like to try I don't see myself ever returning to this MOM as a customer without a convincing reason. Prices generally run from $140 to $280 an ounce. They also have a reasonably large selection of concentrates which generally seem to be a little better priced than some of their flower. As a first time purchase with all sales and coupons I paid $168 for my ounce all in. At that price I was not unhappy with my purchase, other than the shape of the Tangie. Had I paid the full $210 I would have been somewhat unhappy. If I paid the full $250, the regular price for an ounce of the Tangie I would have been furious.
