Need advice on rushing lightning event

Just started rolling through chapters yesterday and am about to start chapter 4.

Since it's Mobius Day in a few hours I was going to use my elixers to rush through it since its leaving soon.

I am planning on using a Dancer with NEO Ex Death, should I use Dominion Axe bis or Survival Knife X?

I have not pulled the Dancer yet, I was planning on waiting to rush through chapter 5 for max deck levels with the cards he comes with. What is the recommended deck level for the event? Should I skip chapters 4 and 5 now and just go for it?

Final question is should I focus on finishing the lightning event in total or just make it to that Gigantaur battle node and farm the mess out of that? If so, which node is it (havent even loaded up the event yet)?
